Weekday Saver Bundle Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a session bundle, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Bundle Usage

• Bundles are valid for weekday bookings
• Customers must select the correct number of dogs attending when making each booking.
• Sessions are subject to availability and must be booked in advance via our online system.

2. Expiry Period

• All sessions must be used within 35 days of the purchase date.
• Any unused sessions after this period will expire and cannot be refunded, extended, or carried forward.

3. Booking Process

• Upon purchase, you will receive a unique code via GoDaddy.
• This code must be entered in the coupon box at checkout when booking sessions.
• When applied correctly, the code will deduct the session cost.
• Codes are non-transferable and must only be used by the purchaser unless agreed otherwise.
• You may reschedule up to 24hrs before the session starts through your email confirmation as with standard bookings.

4. Additional Dogs

• The bundle is valid only for the number of dogs selected at the time of purchase.
• If you wish to bring additional dogs, you must contact us in advance.
• Additional charges will apply and must be agreed prior to your booking.

5. Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No-Shows

• We do not accept cancellations or rescheduling of bundle bookings.
• If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time.
• Failure to attend a booked session (no-show) will result in that session being lost.

6. Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable

• Bundles are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services.
• Bundles cannot be shared, transferred, or resold without prior permission.

7. Code Misuse

• Any misuse of discount codes or attempts to bypass booking rules may result in cancellation of bookings and/or forfeiture of remaining sessions.

8. Safety & Responsibility

• Customers remain fully responsible for their dogs at all times while using the field and barn.
• All dogs must be kept in accordance with our T&Cs.

9. Amendments

• We reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
• The latest version will always be available on our website.
