By using Ashworth Valley secure dog field you are agreeing to our terms and conditions below.

🐾 Please check the field is suitable for your dogs needs in terms of fence height, if your dog is likely to jump a 1.6m fencing then we are not the field for you.

🐾 Please leave the field and barn clean and tidy. Put all the balls back in the ball pit and leave the sniff and search area clean and free of treats as some dogs may not be able to eat certain foods.

🐾 Children are welcome in the barn but please supervise as we do have a kettle on the refreshments table

🐾 Please arrive at the field on time for your slot, the access is a single lane with passing points so we have set the time slots with a 10 minute buffer so you can collect your dog and leave without running into the next field user. If for any reason someone is in the field please do not exit your vehicle until they have left and if this impacts on your time slot please call Mel 07716362998. If you arrive late your booking cannot be extended unfortunately.

🐾 Anyone remaining in the field over their allocated time will be asked to pay for the time slot, if you have trouble with recall please keep a long line on your dog so you can secure them easily at the end of your slot whilst practicing recall in our safe space.

🐾 We do not have lighting on the field please take care when it is dark and bring a torch. The barn has lighting and will be available.

🐾 Please keep your dog on lead at all times whilst not in the secure field, we do have livestock on the neighbouring fields though the fencing is not next to each other.

🐾 Do not allow your dogs to dig holes or damage the trees in the field.

🐾 Please make sure your dogs vaccinations are up to date and if they are showing any ill health vomiting, coughing diarrhea you must cancel the session.

🐾 First aid kit located in the barn

 🐾 No cancellations or refunds you can re schedule up to 24hrs before your session.

🐾 It is your responsibility to pick up after your dog and dispose of in the bin, poo bags are provided. 

🐾 Multiple daily checks of the field and the fencing will be carried out but if you do see anything that concerns you please make us aware.

🐾 No smoking, eating, or litter to be left in the dog field. You can bring toys for your dog but please take them with you as other dogs may have resource guarding issues or the toy may not be the right size and cause a potential hazard.

🐾 We have public liability but your dog is your responsibility whilst in the field, please never leave them unattended. We will not be held responsible for any persons or dogs in our field and the use of the field is at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage, injury, accidents to field users their dogs or personal property including vehicles. 

🐾  We do have neighbours so please be aware of this and refrain from shouting, we understand dogs can be excited when arriving at the dog field but please do not allow excessive barking.

🐾 The field is in a valley and can be muddy and slippy when it’s rained please wear appropriate footwear.

🐾 Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times, not climb on the fencing or equipment and not shout to respect our neighbours.

🐾 Any damage to the field will be paid for by the user this includes any fencing or equipment in the field.

🐾 We reserve the right to ask anyone who doesn’t follow our rules not to book with us again

🐾 Any person taking refreshments without paying will be asked not to return.
